*(When did we start “curating” our food and drink instead of preparing and serving? And did it really cost that much extra? Are we really that dense? Museums have Curators. Classy restaurants have Mater-D’s and such – but they often are just the last step from The Curator onward. Thank Heaven I do not have my T.P. curated…or was that Whipple guy the one who started it all?)
