“SomeKindaSalad” Tanka 2343

some kinda salad:

oranges and blueberries,

spring mix, sweet onions,

peppers, celery, carrots,

‘maters*; my own vinaigrette

*(Half-minute from picking to plopping – grape, red and yellow pear and cherry tomatoes. Used Bibb, romaine and ‘berg. Was gonna add some skinned fried chicken breast or leftover pork chop, but to clean my greasy chicken-pulling fingers I decided to do the flesh first and make the salad pure instead. Crusty French with a dipping dish of EVOO with some fresh herbs added for color and taste. Fresh ground black pepper and a touch of grated parm. Beer into a frosted mug. Dinna have any fresh egg for a boil-up – which of course is not boiled. Nor could I find where I hid the oil-cured black olives to pit and quarter into indecipherable leathery black thingees with marvelous tasty-tids.)
