In another version – one sent to Twitter and FB both I substituted “build tall cliffs” with “scale tall cliffs” but either still leaves me wondering: must one first find – or build – a platform from which to fling himself into the roaring seas – or is the climbing thereonto (yes, coignage vice “unto”) actually more thematically progressive? Donchajust love the twist given to progression? Forby I have I am sure alienated most of my former liberal or progressive pals and such quandary is moot.

You may have to do both to find that platform. xx

We once – and not so – future lemmings need no stinkin’ platforms or even prat-forms for by to fling outselves seaward. Saw the movie. It was a Saturday film-reel between The Cartoon and the Serial and then The Feature back in the early prehistoric of the latter 1950s. Decided I’d rather be a ferret than a lemming. Love swimming. Just the little acrophobia keeps me from leaping very often.
