  1. When it just-rains and the sun frames through gaps in the clouds I learned to call them Sun-Showers as a kid in Central Florida. I still delight in going out to play in the rain, even without the clay-n-dirt roads to squish between delighted toes. The time I took dial soap to stand under a rainspout in downtown Titusville at a favorite U. S. Highway 1 roadside tavern – a dive bar, really – whenupon I washed my tee shirt and rinsed it under the pouring spout in a heavy summer daytime shower – sans thunder and lighting – I ‘mortalized (no, no ‘Im’ before mortalized in one of my first WP haiku “A Dial-Done Shirt.”
