    • And now I have a medium-sized tub of bleu cheese dressing: thin-slivered florence fennel, ditto navel orange rings sans pitch (but outer skin grated into the salad), red onion quarter-moons and romaine/iceberg mix with some of the orange juice and pomegranite(sp?) juice – and seeds – tossed in to the basic vinaigrette with shallot minced. Now I’ve done it! Gotta go mop up the drool on the keyboard. Again!
